Litten Tree

This is a nice friendly pub with a pleasant atmosphere, but when i visited there on 28/06/09 the food left a lot to be desired. My family had 4 meals between us and each one was sub standard. I had chille con-carne, and the portion was megre to say the least. My daughter had a burger which was hard and dry as if it had been on a hot plate for hours on end. my wife had chicken and bacon melt which was also dried up . The worse meal was my mothers who had fish and chips, i tasted the fish it was horrible and tasted off this was also dry as if it had been left on a hot plate.

I complained to the waiter who apologised and said he would inform the manager, the manager did not come over to us himself but advised the waiter to let us have our last 2 drinks free. as we were on a tight schedule we accepted this but were far from happy.
